Job summary

Newell Brands’ Yankee Candle division in Merrimack, NH is seeking a Part-Time 2nd Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience and driving profitable top-line sales growth.

You will help coach and develop the team, uphold company standards, assist with scheduling, and ensure compliance with safety and loss prevention policies while working onsite, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Solution-oriented.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
