$14.00/hr - $15.00/hr

The 2nd Assistant Manager is an entry-level, part-time management role that involves selling shoes, managing, and leading the sales team during your shift. This position is ideal for someone seeking career growth within a company that promotes internally.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with their shopping experience.
• Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories.
• Process sales transactions, including cash and credit card payments.
• Restock the sales floor.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Train team members on sales and customer service tasks.
• Lead the team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Make bank deposits.
• Process freight and organize the sales floor as shipments arrive.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and transportation for bank deposits.

• Able to open and close the store, sometimes alone.
