Job summary

Bosselman Enterprises seeks a 2nd Assistant Manager to support store operations at Pump & Pantry locations. You will oversee daily activities, supervise staff, and ensure policy compliance in the absence of the General Manager or 1st Assistant.

The role includes customer service, cash handling, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. Qualifications include a GED or equivalent, ability to work nights/weekends, reliable transportation, and English communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training.
• Food Handler's permit or Serve Safe Certification where required by law or policy.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation and phone.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close shifts and complete all required documentation.
• Provide friendly, competent customer service.
• Supervise cash handling procedures, including deposits.
• Ensure store meets cleanliness, safety and appearance standards.
• Assist in training store personnel and implementing company policies.
• Maintain records related to merchandise, personnel, and fuel.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment.
• Report issues to upper management in a timely manner.
