Job summary

Arbor Circle is seeking dedicated professionals to provide youth-centered care in a short-term shelter setting for youth and young adults at risk of homelessness. The role includes crisis intervention, screening, assessment, counseling, and case management, rooted in trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field, have experience with diverse populations, and can work 1st–3rd shifts with a valid driver's license.

Services are provided in a short-term shelter setting and include crisis intervention, screening, assessment, counseling and case management. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma informed care, hope and evidence-based research.

Position Requirements

Compensation Information

• 3rd Shift and Weekend shift hours will be paid a $1.00 per hour premium above the regular hourly wage.
