Job summary

Georgia-Pacific in Denton, TX is seeking Production Operators for the 2nd and 3rd shifts to operate equipment to standards, monitor PLCs, and help meet safety and quality goals. Training will occur on 1st shift before moving to later shifts.

The role offers $21.25 per hour with 2nd shift differential $.75 and 3rd shift differential $1 per hour; overtime weekends and holidays may be required. Applicants should have experience in manufacturing or completion of relevant training.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or similar environment.
• Must be able to work 2nd or 3rd shift and train on 1st shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to defined standards and product specifications.
• Monitor and input data into control systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment to keep production on target.
• Perform basic asset care, cleaning, and safety compliance.
• Work with a team to meet production, waste, quality, and safety goals.
