Job summary

QPS Employment Group is seeking a Mold Operator in Germantown, WI for 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will operate injection molding machines, load/unload parts, and perform basic inspections to ensure quality.

This role requires the ability to stand, lift light weights, and follow safety procedures; training provided. Earn $18.00-$20.00 per hour with potential for hire through the client company. Staffing industry benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or molding experience preferred (training provided).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read work instructions and follow quality standards.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 15-30 lbs. as needed.
• Frequent standing, bending, and reaching.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with machines and noise.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines according to work instructions and production schedules.

• Identify and report defects, machine issues, or material concerns to the supervisor.
• Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting as trained.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
• Assist with material handling and packaging of finished products as needed.

Position Title: Mold Operator

Wage: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Shift: 2nd, 3rd

Hours: 2:54pm-11:00pm; 10:54pm-7:00am

QPS Employment Group has a great Mold Operator position available at a company in Germantown, WI. This is a 2nd and 3rd shift position with the opportunity for hire.

Mold Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
