Job summary

Sepire is seeking an experienced Mail Inserter Operator for 2nd and 3rd shifts in Burr Ridge, IL. You will operate BlueCrest FlowMaster and Evolution inserting systems, set up continuous-roll and cut-sheet applications, and ensure high-volume transactional mail is produced accurately and efficiently.

You should have at least two years of practice with high-speed insert equipment, strong mechanical skills, and comfort with production software.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience operating high-speed automated mail inserting equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable using production software and computer-based workflows.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet production deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain BlueCrest FlowMaster and BlueCrest Evolution inserting systems.
• Set up and process both continuous-roll and cut-sheet mail applications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to maximize productivity.
• Verify mailpiece integrity, sequence, barcode readability, and data accuracy.
• Perform production quality inspections and sampling per work instructions.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure on-time, accurate jobs.
