Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 months as a PSI Assistant Machine Operator or relevant experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Ability to lead by example and support team performance.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and address unsafe conditions.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot production lines (gel pack manufacturing).
• Ensure output targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs; escalate issues as needed.
• Complete all production and quality documentation and communicate with supervisors.
