Curries, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, seeks skilled Machine Operators for 2nd and 3rd shifts in Mason City, Iowa. You will operate presses, CNC equipment, and other production machines while ensuring quality and safety in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, plus machine operation experience and the ability to read drawings and tape measures. Overtime is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical certification is a plus.
• Experience operating production machines and reading drawings.
• Able to read tape measures and interpret specs.
• Willing to work overtime and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor presses, CNC equipment, or other production machines.
• Read work orders, blueprints, and production specifications.
• Perform routine adjustments and minor troubleshooting for optimal performance.
• Inspect parts to ensure dimensions meet quality standards.
• Maintain production records and cleanliness per 5S.
• Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
