Qualifications

• Requires 6 months to 1 year in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Must read blueprints and understand print symbols.
• Must excel at teamwork and be self-motivated with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble minor units at a bench or conveyer.
• Operate machines daily including milling grinders and CNCs.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and safety practices.
• Write up scrap and assist troubleshooting production issues.
• Set up and change over machines as needed.
• Support shifts during downtime and material shortages.
