Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; 3+ years CNC machining experience preferred.
• Experience with setting up and operating CNC machines with strong math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow work instructions, perform quality checks, and prioritize tasks.
• Demonstrates safety awareness, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• Effective communication, computer skills and problem-solving abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Interprets engineering drawings and selects appropriate tooling.
• Sets up and operates CNC machines, conducts routine maintenance.
• Changes tooling and makes minor process adjustments.
• Performs hand finishing and adheres to GMP/GDP practices.
• Maintains 5S standards and records activities accurately.
• Supports continuous improvement and escalates manufacturing issues.
• Meets productivity targets and ensures a safe work environment.
