Job summary

ResourceMFG is seeking experienced maintenance technicians for 2nd and 3rd shift at our Evansville facility. This TEMP TO HIRE role requires 3+ years of maintenance in manufacturing and hands-on experience with electrical testing equipment.

You will repair plant equipment, troubleshoot issues, perform TPM, and support uptime and production efficiency. We offer a stable team in a large facility with clear shift schedules: 2nd Shift Mon-Fri 3:00 PM-11:30 PM, 3rd Shift Sun-Thu 11:00 PM-7:30 AM,

Qualifications

• Three years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience using electrical testing equipment (multimeters, circuit testers).
• HS Diploma or GED required; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain plant and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance (TPM).
• Install, modify, and fabricate equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout.

Large manufacturing facility located in central Evansville has immediate openings for 2nd and 3rd shift maintenance techs. This is a TEMP TO HIRE position, with candidates going through a resume send and interview process before being hired on. Three years experience in maintenance is preferred, along with some experience in a manufacturing environment. Pay:

$20.00-$35.00/hr. based on experience. At least some prior maintenance experience is required to be considered.

Shift:

• 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sun-Thu, 11:00 PM-7:30 AM
• Overtime as needed
