Job summary

Western Industries Plastic Products, LLC is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for 2nd and 3rd shifts with weekends and overtime as needed. This role supports daily production through preventive maintenance, repairs, and part ordering across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

You will collaborate with maintenance and production teams, maintain records, and safely operate forklifts and equipment in a non-climate controlled manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Industrial Maintenance Mechanic experience required.
• Knowledge of plastic blow mold equipment preferred.
• Strong electrical knowledge preferred.
• 3+ years diagnosing and repairing PLC, VSD and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize daily work orders for preventive and standard repairs with minimal production disruption.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to scheduled maintenance calls; cover mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic tasks.
• Collaborate with setup and tech teams to diagnose and identify repairs.
• Order parts and complete proper ordering documentation.
• Safely operate forklift and other industrial equipment.
