TECOMET in Lowell, MA is seeking a 2nd or 3rd shift CNC Machinist with 3+ years of experience to produce precision parts by operating CNC machines, setting up tooling, and following engineering drawings and work instructions.

You will uphold OOQ quality standards, maintain tooling and equipment, perform routine PMs, follow GMP/GDP practices, and contribute to continuous improvement through accurate records and proactive problem solving. Teamwork, safety, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years CNC machining experience.

Responsabilités

• Operate and set up CNC machines per tolerances and drawings.
• Perform difficult, progressive machining on a variety of parts and metals.
• Change dull tooling and make minor offsets as needed.
• Ensure product quality via OOQ standards and measuring with appropriate equipment.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and recordkeeping.
• Follow GMP/GDP practices and maintain 5S in the workspace.
• Identify and address manufacturing issues; contribute to continuous improvement.
