Calyx Living is actively seeking energetic 2nd/3rd Shift Care Staff for our assisted living community in North Durham, near Duke University. You will assist residents with personal care, help monitor medications, and support daily activities while maintaining safety and observation of conditions.

We value a safety-first attitude and reliable weekend availability to ensure continuous resident support in a vibrant Durham community.

Formación

• Caregiver experience strongly preferred.
• Must have compassion and a desire to work with seniors.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and families.
• Strong sense of maturity.
• Ability to adapt to each resident and setting.
• Trustworthy and attentive.
• 18 years or older.
• Must be available to work weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Monitor self-administration of medications and record vitals.
• Maintain resident safety and hygiene; complete incident reports as needed.
• Assist with meal service and monitor changes in residents' conditions.

Calyx Living is actively seeking energetic 2nd/3rd Shift Care Staff for our assisted living community located in beautiful North Durham off the Eno River and just minutes from Duke University, the Durham Bulls Athletic Park and the American Tobacco Campus in downtown Durham's vibrant entertainment district.

2nd/3rd Shift Care Staff assist and provide direction to residents with personal care needs, including but not limited to monitoring self-administration of medication, insuring resident hygiene, obtaining and recording residents vital signs, maintaining safety of residents, completing incident reports, assisting with meal services and observing residents for any changes in conditions.

Must have a "safety first" attitude towards all of our residents and staff.
