Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six months of manufacturing experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass 3M testing as part of selection.

Responsibilities

• Assemble/package manufactured products per procedures.
• Accurately record production data.
• Operate equipment including furnaces, forklifts, presses, pallet movers and other heavy gear.
• Identify problems and work with process engineers toward resolution.
