Job summary

3M is seeking a Processing Operator I for its Indianapolis, Indiana facility. This full-time role is on the 2nd shift (5:45am – 4:15pm) with a starting rate of $23.88 per hour plus shift differentials.

New hires receive 3 weeks of paid vacation and comprehensive benefits starting on day one. Responsibilities include maintaining standards for materials and products, ensuring proper testing and receiving, and coordinating with production teams to uphold quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum two months of previous experience operating production machinery.
• Applicant must be 18 years or older and have a High School Diploma or GED or higher.
• Willingness to work 8–10 hour shifts including overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain products for proper testing and receiving.
