Bon Secours Health System is seeking a Clinical Unit Leader for the 2N Telemetry Unit at St. Mary's Hospital in Richmond.

The Lead RN/Charge Nurse will coordinate patient care, lead staff, and partner with the Clinical Manager to promote excellence in clinical practice and patient experience during evening/night shifts. The role requires RN licensure in the state (or compact), BSN preferred, and 2 years nursing experience with leadership exposure.

Formación

• Current RN license in the state you work or covered by compact.
• BLS Basic Life Support (preferred upon hire).
• Certifications as required by the unit you oversee (PALS, ACLS, NRP, TNCC, ENPC, NBP/CEN, etc.).
• 2 years nursing experience with 1 year in acuity/leadership role (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate patient care on a designated unit.
• Lead and mentor staff on the unit and serve as a resource in the absence of the unit leader.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards; manage supplies and equipment.
• Communicate clearly with patients and families about nursing care and plans.
