Job Description
The Production Artist must have a comprehensive understanding of the print production process and packaging structures. The role of the Production Artist at THR3D is a bridge between 2D print and 3D CGI. The skill set must include a high level of proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. A solid understanding of print production techniques is necessary to modify existing production art files for 3D production.
As part of a team, the Production Artist will work closely with Producers, Modelers, and Lighters to provide the necessary 2D files for CGI production. The position also requires creating vector art for 3D Displacement maps.
Job Responsibilities
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across U.S. markets. The annual salary range is $60,000 - $65,000, depending on location, experience, and other factors.

High School diploma or higher.
Associates or Bachelor's degree.
Experience with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and print manufacturing or prepress environments.
