Aristocrat Interactive - Game Artist Position

Aristocrat Interactive, a world-leading provider of solutions and services for iLottery and iGaming operators, is looking for a Game Artist to join our growing games studio and work on our next set of exciting games.

The Game Artist will be part of a highly experienced and successful team, working closely with the Art Director, product owners, and game developers.

What you will do:

• Create and animate characters, environments, and FX in different styles
• Bring characters, effects, and ambient effects to life
• Collaborate with programmers to achieve optimal animations within our technology
• Apply your knowledge of optimization techniques to meet memory limitations
• Work with the team to meet project milestones and deadlines
• Export and optimize animations to create game-ready assets
• Participate actively in the game development process to create market-leading games
• Share knowledge and collaborate with team members

What we're looking for:

• Experience creating 2D animations in various styles
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a collaborative, artist-driven environment
• Proficiency in Spine and Adobe Creative Suite programs
• Technical art knowledge, including image sequence optimization, asset export, and working with spritesheets
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and a team player

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous experience in the gaming industry
• Knowledge of 3D programs
