Job summary

DTK Facility Services is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations, lead the janitorial team, and ensure tasks are completed on time and to quality standards. You will manage supplies, support staff, and uphold safety guidelines, serving as the main point of contact for the team.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask across office buildings, schools, medical facilities, and commercial spaces.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in janitorial services or facilities management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• English/Spanish bilingual strongly preferred.
• Experience with janitorial teams in commercial or large facility settings is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Ability to assess service quality and implement corrective actions when needed.

Job description

What We’re Looking For:
