Program Director The Program Director is responsible for developing, coordinating, and overseeing engaging programs and activities that meet the diverse needs and interests of senior center participants. This role ensures a welcoming, inclusive environment while managing volunteers, program leaders, and administrative processes. The Program Director works both independently and collaboratively with the Director of Operations and committees to expand participation and enhance the overall member experience.
