Job summary

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coordinate, support, evaluate, and maintain documentation for all volunteers.
• Recruit, schedule, and support activity and program leaders, instructors, and presenters.
• Develop, implement, and manage a wide variety of programs, activities, and events.
• Create and maintain accurate records of all programs, including attendance and participation data.
• Design and implement registration procedures for programs and events.
• Develop engaging activity descriptions and promotional materials, including flyers.
• Collaborate on the creation and distribution of the monthly newsletter.
• Utilize new technologies to strengthen partnerships and expand program opportunities.
• Manage program development within an approved budget to maximize participation and impact.
• Ensure the front desk is staffed to provide a friendly, welcoming, and helpful environment.
• Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere for members, volunteers, and staff.
