Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking compassionate Licensed Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy for children and adolescents with mental health challenges in school-based or center settings in Paoli, PA. This independent contractor (1099) position offers first-shift hours, typically 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with Monday through Friday availability.

Under supervision of a BCBA, you will implement treatment plans, monitor behaviors, document progress, and collaborate

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• 1 year experience with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Must hold RBT certification per BACB guidelines.
• Ability to pass FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and Criminal background clearances.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Client Locations & Hours

• Centers Based opportunities are located in Chester County, PA.


• School based hours (8:00AM to 3:00PM)

Summary of Description

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis


• Provide 1:1 intervention in facility setting with children and adolescents with severe emotional challenges


• Provide behavioral intervention and crisis management for children and adolescents with mental health diagnoses


• Collaborate with treatment team to provide input and feedback that contributes to the development of a child's treatment plan


• Monitor child's behaviors by documenting and redirecting challenging behaviors

Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for working 1:1 with clients and implementing specific treatment plans designed to address the clients' needs for behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills. With training, the Technician will perform appropriate physical management to ensure client's safety.

Recognizing the client's worth, affirming their abilities, and striving to promote self-esteem and independence, the Technician will maintain the client's safety as well as their physical and emotional health.

Summary of Qualifications & Education

Please note that we have a credentialing specialist that can assist you with any of the below-mentioned credentials, if needed!

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)


• One (1) year experience with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities


• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis


• Must possess RBT Registered Behavior Technician license (per BACB guidelines)


• Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and Criminal


• Ability to produce current medical/health documents including: physical examination, and Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test


• CPR and First Aid certification


• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment


• Excellent problem-solving skills


• Effective written and verbal communication skills
