Rate of Pay: Based on candidate's experience and education per the OEA Master Agreement

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $45,873 to $85,593 Substitute

Job Description

Position Summary: Teacher will serve as a student-centered educator who is a learner and warm demander for all learners. The teacher will establish collaborative & impactful relationships with colleagues, families, and students. Teacher will understand and model best instructional practices, serve as a member of a Professional Learning Community, and ensure high levels of student learning. Candidate must have a learner, inclusionary, and equity-focused mindset and see that their presence has an impact with students and our school environment.

This is a long-term substitute position for the remainder of the 26-27 school year.

Qualifications:

• -Valid MN Elementary Teaching license.
• -Student-Centered
• -Commitment and belief around ensuring all students learn at high levels.
• -Demonstrated use of research-based instructional and engagement strategies to meet the continuum of individual learning needs while using data and assessments to guide instructional decisions.
