Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Secondary Education, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Valid Alabama Professional Educator Certificate with English Language Arts (6-12) endorsement preferred, but not required.
• Understanding of and commitment to the charter school model.
• Ability to thrive in an environment of autonomy paired with accountability.
• Experience with or willingness to learn charter-specific: Curriculum frameworks, Assessment systems, Reporting requirement.

You'll create a classroom that embodies our charter's commitment to prepare our champions for leadership positions in the aerospace and aviation industries through a rigorous, authentic, industry-aligned aerospace and defense education.
