Job summary

• Serves as team player and role model for other employees in the organization; demonstrates a commitment to continuous quality improvement; supports and exhibits organizational core values of caring, respect, integrity, responsibility, high expectations, being customer driven, and valuing fairness.
• Performs other duties and accepts responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school graduate and one year of training beyond high school or one year of documented experience in this job category. Working knowledge of effective methods of supporting tutoring and/or remediation efforts. Ability to solve minor problems and follow detailed written and oral instructions. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (word processing, spreadsheet, database) and Google Workspace (sheets, docs, drive, etc.).

SPECIAL NOTES: Employees filling these positions are exempt from holding a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). While this employee may provide classroom coverage they will not be eligible for a pay differential when providing coverage and will not be eligible for any incentive provided to substitutes.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to communicate orally and in writing with parents, staff, and community leaders.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
