Job summary

Aurora Public Schools is seeking qualified educators for a role designated as Hard to Fill. The position includes an annual stipend of $5,000, paid in two installments, contingent on full-term attendance of each semester as specified by the district policies.

To qualify, candidates must be licensed by the Colorado Department of Education and endorsed to teach the designated class. Instructing students in the identified area for at least 50% of the assignment is required.

This position is designated as Hard to Fill and is eligible for an annual stipend of $5000. Stipends are paid in two equal installments of $2,500 in January and June of the school year, contingent upon working the entirety of each semester. To be eligible for the Hard to Fill stipend, staff must:

• Be licensed by the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) and appropriately endorsed to teach the class and/or meet the criteria established by CDE to serve as an educator of record for the class.
• Instruct students in the identified area at least 50% of the assignment.
