Hard to Fill stipend $5,000

Job summary

Aurora Public Schools in Colorado is offering a Hard to Fill position eligible for an annual stipend of $5,000. The stipend is paid in two equal installments of $2,500 in January and June, contingent upon completing each semester. To qualify, staff must be licensed by the Colorado Department of Education with the appropriate endorsement to teach the class and allocate at least 50% of their assignment to the identified area.

Job Description

This position is designated as Hard to Fill and is eligible for an annual stipend of $5000. Stipends are paid in two equal installments of $2,500 in January and June of the school year, contingent upon working the entirety of each semester.

To be eligible for the Hard to Fill stipend, staff must:

• Be licensed by the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) and appropriately endorsed to teach the class and/or meet the criteria established by CDE to serve as an educator of record for the class.
• Instruct students in the identified area at least 50% of the assignment.
