Job summary

Medix in Indiana (Fort Wayne) is seeking a licensed clinical social worker or licensed marriage & family therapist to join as a direct-hire clinician. The role involves working four days per week at zip 46806 and one day at zip 46802, with a schedule of Mon–Fri 8am–5pm and one day 10am–7pm.

ASAP start. Responsibilities include crisis and chronic condition management, assessments and treatment planning, and helping patients improve functioning, relationships, and coping strategies in the clinic

Qualifications

• Active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Improve recognition, treatment, and management of psychosocial, behavioral, and developmental problems and conditions in the clinic population.
• Diagnose and treat adjustment disorders, depression, anxiety, stress management, and behavioral problems and conditions in the clinic population.
