Qualifications
- Holds a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Meets all licensure requirements including teaching or specialist area endorsement in the state of Illinois
- Demonstrates current pedagogical practices in the classroom through participation in a professional learning community
- Demonstrates ability to utilize a variety of data sources and problem-solving structures to ensure the academic and social-emotional success of all students. Makes data-driven decisions using formative and summative assessments

Terms Of Employment
- Employment determined by school calendar.
- Salary and benefits to be established in the Negotiated Agreement with the Board of Education. The starting salary for the 2025-26 school year is $52,932.

Evaluation
The School Principal and/or immediate administrative supervisor will serve as the evaluator with the evaluation incorporating the guidelines established in the Evaluation Plan for Licensed Staff.
