Kyndryl seeks a Computer Operator to supervise and control complex computer systems in a multi‑vendor environment, performing batch operations and first‑level issue resolution. You’ll work with Windows and Office, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams on service delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in an Operations environment.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Office products (Word, Excel, Teams).
• Excellent customer relations/communications skills.
• Ability to work an Alternate Work Schedule (AWS) to provide 24x7 support.
• Candidates must pass stringent background checks.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (routers, switches, circuits).

Responsibilities

• Perform batch operations as per service agreements.
• Analyze first-level issues across systems and resolve or route issues as appropriate.
• Develop and document support system management processes to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Assist in improving operational efficiencies and automation across environments.
