Job summary
Golden Years In-Home Senior Care in San Diego is seeking caring, HCA-certified caregivers to join our team. You will provide in-home care, ensure safety, support daily activities, and tailor activities to client interests.
We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay of $18–$20 per hour, a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours, and opportunities for travel up to 25 miles if needed.
Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- 1 year of caregiving experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Fully vaccinated or exemption
- Current TB test or clear X-ray
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed
Responsibilities
- Personal care, light housework, meal prep
- Shopping, errands, companionship
- Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs
