Job summary

QualityAI is seeking a Test Lead to join our growing team in the United States, offering a remote-friendly role that supports flexible collaboration across locations. You will guide test planning, execution, and reporting, driving quality metrics and go-no-go decisions based on reports and defects.

You will mentor a small team, develop detailed work plans for engagements, coordinate testing activities across groups, and ensure accurate test results and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Test Lead or in a senior testing role.
• Proven ability to manage a team and coordinate testing activities.
• Experience with test planning and test strategies.

Responsibilities

• Participate in preparation of quality assessments, reports, and metrics; formulating go-no-go statements based on reports and defect status.
• Present test improvements and developments in daily progress meetings; communicate between team and the rest of the organization.
• Lead execution of planned test cases and ensure test results are recorded against the system.
• Develop detailed work plans for engagements, status tracking, and high-quality client deliverables.
• Coordinate all testing roles and responsibilities within teams; responsible for test tools development and configuration management.

We are looking for a Test Lead to join our growing team in United States

US (remote)

JD:

Participating in preparation of quality assessments, reports, and metrics formulating go-no go statement based on reports and metrics, test progress and defect status

Presenting test improvements and developments in daily progress meetings including planned vsActing as the main liaison communicating between the team the rest of the internal and external organization

Lead execution of planned test cases, ensuring that all test results are correctly recorded against the system

Develop detailed work plans for engagements, status tracking and reporting, and production of high-quality deliverables for clients

Coordinating all testing roles and responsibilities within teams

Responsible for all Test, Test Tools Development, and configuration management activities

Capability as a Test Lead(minimum 5+ years)

Proven ability to manage a team (minimum 3+ years)

Experience in test planning and strategies
