SpaceX is hiring a Wastewater Treatment Supervisor to manage a team in a state-of-the-art facility in Bastrop, Texas. You will lead the operationalization of a 24/7 wastewater treatment plant dedicated to recycling process water for Starlink production lines.

The ideal candidate will influence team dynamics and ensure production efficiency while maintaining quality and safety standards. This role requires a strong leader with experience in water treatment and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 5+ years in wastewater treatment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of technicians.
• Supervise daily shop floor activities.
• Organize, assign, and track deliverables.
• Support equipment transitions from engineering to production.
• Maximize productivity, efficiency, and quality.
