Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor in Greensboro, NC to oversee daily warehouse operations, safety, and staffing. You will coordinate receiving, replenishment, inventory, order selection, and shipping processes, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency across shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and safety.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workload distribution.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and physical counts against records.
• Prepare inventory and exception reports and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Communicate with associates, vendors, and customers professionally.
• Direct associates to achieve productivity while prioritizing safety.
• Trace item history using warehouse systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Determine work procedures and schedules; expedite workflow.
• Ensure department operates to meet financial objectives.
• Respond to emergencies 24/7.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
