Job summary

Triumph Protection Group in Vacaville, CA is seeking a Surveillance Operator to monitor CCTV, access control, alarms, and related systems across multiple facilities. You will oversee recordings, logs, and communications to detect adverse conditions affecting operations, staff, facilities, and properties.

The role requires experience with surveillance tools, strong communication, ability to stay calm under pressure, and solid customer service.

Qualifications

• Education GED or High School Diploma.
• Experience 12-18 months of experience desired, prior military //law enforcement preferred, open source/computer investigations.
• Must have valid State issued driver's license at hire and throughout employment.
• Required Certificates: All legally required licenses and permits necessary to perform the job in the State of operation, before and throughout assignment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security cameras, access control, alarms, and other tools.
• Oversee various recording of communications and events.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of video monitor console equipment and logging procedures; prepare logs and observation reports.
• Perform quality assurance to ensure accuracy of information.
• Ensure evidence materials are properly maintained (reports, video footage, photographs).
• Demonstrate ability to make decisions and act during high-stress situations.
• Monitor CCTV and access control across multiple locations.
• Confirm incident and crisis situations and execute SOPs.
• Identify potential threats to assets and respond to emergencies with urgency.
• Complete incident reports and support investigations.
• Analyze and review video to support operations and investigations.
