You will handle inbound calls, transfer messages, monitor alarms, and maintain accurate records while following procedures. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; benefits include medical, life, dental, vision, and short-term disability.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced call or dispatch environments preferred.
• Willingness to work weekend and night shifts is a plus.
