Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is seeking a Telecommunicator to support our 24/7 Corporate Communications Center. The role requires calm, proactive communication and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle inbound calls, transfer messages, monitor alarms, and maintain accurate records while following procedures. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; benefits include medical, life, dental, vision, and short-term disability.

-IPSC is currently seeking proactive, tech-savvy individuals to join our elite team at the 24/7 Corporate Communications Center which is open 24 hours/day, 365 days/year for our weekend and night shifts.

Pay Rate:

$13.00

Part Time:

The ideal candidate would:

The Responsibilities :As a Telecommunicator, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, ensuring seamless coordination and response.

Your responsibilities will include: Maintaining punctuality and adhering to assigned shifts consistently. Demonstrating proficiency in essential computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excell.

Communicating with others over the phone concisely and effectively.

Promptly handling inbound calls including transferring them efficiently and maintaining meticulous message records. Monitoring alarm signals vigilantly and promptly notifying the relevant authorities when necessary. Dispatching calls with precision, managing absentee notifications, and handling call-offs alongside related clerical duties. Following directions and keeping up with changes in procedures. Exemplifying professionalism and courtesy in all interactions
