Job summary

LogicalisUS is seeking a operations-focused IT Support Specialist to join our 24x7x365 team. You will support Windows, Linux, IBM i, and network devices, handling incidents, changes, and service requests for client environments.

You will troubleshoot break/fix issues, perform server updates, document procedures, and ensure adherence to ITIL-based processes and SLAs. Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience across multiple technologies.
• Windows Server administration: 2012, 2016, 2019; Active Directory, Group Policy.
• Linux/UNIX knowledge beneficial.
• Networking with Cisco, SD-WAN, ASA.
• ITIL incident management experience (Service-Now).
• Proficient MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Performs break/fix troubleshooting and server/software updates.
• Responds to customer issues within SLAs using approved tools.
• Creates and maintains troubleshooting documentation.
• Follows ITIL incident, problem, and change processes.
