Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of related experience in surgery, linen, receiving, stocking, and operations preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Familiarity with inventory, supply chain, and cost control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24/7 operations to process, maintain, and deliver supplies, linen, instruments, and equipment.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and training to associates.
• Support campus logistics coordination and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with campus teams to design and implement improved processes.
• Troubleshoot operational issues across the supply chain.
