Qualifications

• Experience in a SOC or security environment; understanding of cyber threats and attack methodologies.
• Proficiency with SIEM, EDR, and security monitoring technologies; familiarity with ServiceNow and scripting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in shift-based operations, supporting incident investigations and threat analysis.

Responsibilities

• Continuous security monitoring and threat detection using SIEM, EDR, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
• Investigate security alerts, identify indicators of compromise, and escalate validated incidents.
• Participate in incident response, collecting evidence, supporting containment, and documenting findings.
• Follow established procedures, contribute to operational improvements, and share knowledge for service excellence.
