Job summary

Encore Boston Harbor is seeking a Security Control Center Dispatcher to monitor non-gaming cameras, alarms and dispatch security personnel to maintain safety across the property. The role requires English fluency, computer proficiency and the ability to manage multiple urgent tasks in a 24/7 environment.

Hourly pay ranges from $25.00 to $27.00, with responsibilities including incident logging, coordination with GEU, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent degree required.
• Fluency in English; second language a plus.
• General computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to operate a computer, CCTV and radio equipment.
• Will need CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• Massachusetts Gaming Commission registration/license required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report security violations or theft and ensure documentation.
• Monitor cameras across multiple systems at EBH and offsite warehouse.
• Dispatch Security and the Gaming Enforcement Unit as needed.
• Log all radio and telephone communications in the required system.
• Coordinate Emergency Services calls for on-property incidents.
• Maintain confidentiality of property-related issues.
• Pass all tests and assessments and maintain required credentials.
