DK Security, Inc. is seeking a Command Center Operator in Kentwood, MI. This full-time role provides 24/7 support to management, supervisors, field staff, and clients. You will handle a multi-line switchboard, background screening processing, payroll, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include dispatching personnel, documenting incidents, monitoring CCTV and access-control systems, and generating reports. Must be 18+, with clean record, grooming, and professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• No felony or certain criminal convictions; strong moral character.
• Impeccable grooming and professional image.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle sensitive information.
• HS diploma or GED with some college experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, customers, and co-workers.
• Distribute information and assist callers regarding emergencies and security needs.
• Dispatch personnel for emergency and non-emergency responses.
• Utilize computer-aided software for reporting and documentation.
