Job summary

Alert Alarm Hawaii is seeking a Call Center Operator to join our on-site team in Honolulu. This full-time, non-exempt role supports customers and staff by notifying on alarm events, coordinating emergency services, and providing real-time assistance over the phone.

You will monitor security feeds, troubleshoot inquiries, and maintain accurate records while delivering clear, professional communication. The position starts at $18 per hour (DOE) with advancement opportunities and a schedule that

Qualifications

• Clear and professional verbal and written communication.

• Experience with call center software or CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities
