Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience leading operations in retail, foodservice, convenience retail, or fuel environments.
• Demonstrated success hiring, training, performance management, and employee development.
• Experience with labor planning, scheduling, expense management, and resource allocation.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience analyzing P&L and driving results.
• Proven ability to implement change and deliver measurable improvements.
• Experience across multiple areas of store operations; foodservice experience is preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Leadership, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own store performance and achieve or exceed financial targets (sales, profitability, KPIs).
• Analyze financial reports and P&L to identify trends and opportunities to improve profitability.
• Manage inventory, labor, expenses, waste, and other costs.
• Ensure safety, service, quality, and efficiency standards are met.
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulations.
• Lead hiring, staffing, scheduling, onboarding and workforce planning for a 24/7 operation.
• Recruit, coach, develop, recognize, and retain a high-performing team.
• Provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities to staff.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative workplace built on respect and accountability.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and address feedback and concerns.
• Lead change initiatives and implement new processes and priorities.
• Collaborate with partners and leverage resources to improve performance.
• Build relationships within the local community and strengthen presence across shifts.
