Job summary

Monarch Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk in Colorado seeks a dedicated General Manager for the 24/7 Restaurant to lead a high-volume dining venue, ensuring premier guest service and profitable operations.

You will supervise managers and staff, maintain safety standards, recruit and train team members, and drive revenue through upselling and cost-control practices. Must have GM experience in hospitality and be able to obtain a Colorado gaming license.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of high-volume restaurant supervision or management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to obtain Colorado Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house restaurant operations to ensure guest service excellence.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop restaurant supervisors, managers, and team members.
• Manage labor, control waste, and identify opportunities to decrease costs through scheduling and oversight.
• Monitor operations to comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Greet guests professionally and address complaints promptly.
