SpaceXSI seeks an Operations & Maintenance Engineer to keep an on-site power plant running 24/7 near Memphis/Southaven. You will work across gas turbines, generators, and plant electrical systems, using AI to simplify operations. This is a full-time, on-site role with rotating shifts including nights and weekends.

You will troubleshoot equipment, direct contractors, and develop maintenance plans, while maintaining safety and reliability across critical plant systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or other engineering discipline is required.
• 3+ years of operation or maintenance engineering experience in a power plant or equivalent.
• Experience with gas turbines from multiple manufacturers is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide operation and maintenance engineering support for multi-manufacturer gas turbines, generators, and plant systems.
• Troubleshoot trips, alarms, and equipment failures with the shift team and return the plant to service.
• Direct contractors: define work, set delivery, and verify safe completion.
• Use AI to streamline engineering, operating, and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs in the CMMS.
