Job summary

Infinite Resource Solutions, LLC seeks a Service Specialist to provide 24/7 support across client sites, including installation, maintenance, and upgrades of control systems. You will design and configure systems, support project teams, and participate in commissioning and testing at customer facilities.

The role requires familiarity with HVAC systems, P&ID concepts, and field instrumentation, with travel to various facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Specialist in 24/7 service/support operations.
• Associate degree in mechanical or electrical program or equivalent background.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and software updates for control systems.
• Identify and address malfunctions to ensure continuous 24/7 operations.
• Design, configure, and document control systems and HMIs.
• Support project teams in customer building automation projects.
• Participate in onsite startup, commissioning, and tests.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve incidents quickly.
