• Familiar with creating incident response protocols and technical support documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor control systems for 24/7 operation across client accounts.
• Participate in system startup and functional tests of all systems.
• Assist in customer demonstrations and acceptance testing.

Skills

Experience in service and support operations in a 24/7 environment

Proven track record as a Service Specialist

Technical familiarity with HVAC systems

Education
